Eric’s professional experience includes serving as Creative Director, Marketing and Sales for BASF/EMTEC Magnetics, owner of an trade show exhibit design and manufacturing company, as well as strategic marketing and managerial positions for high-tech Bay Area companies such as Digidesign and Apple Computer. Over the last few years, Eric has coordinated approved planning actions within the City of Ashland, developed floor plans, and produced materials for a (17) unit “Authentic Craftsman” subdivision, designed custom high end homes, worked on a forthcoming commercial development downtown Ashland boasting (8) mixed use condo and is currently focused on a new residential subdivision with (11) homes to be built. 

Eric possesses a unique background well suited to wide variety of environments including commercial development, land development and new construction, residential sales and sustainable development.

Eric is a designated Principal Broker at the Millen Property Group LLC, primarily serving clients in the markets of Ashland, Talent, East Medford and Jacksonville. Eric is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Oregon Association of Realtors and the Southern Oregon MLS.
