Billings Ranch

Established in the early 2000s, Billings Ranch is a 71-lot community, less than a mile from downtown Ashland and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Each home is architecturally unique and features high ceilings and high-end finishes. Although the lot sizes tend to be small, the neighborhood features a park-like communal space with lovely mature landscaping, mountain views, pavilion, and grilling area. A small portion of the neighborhood consists of 3 story high end condos with expansive views of the valley.
